Our three-night stay here was perfect, the food was delicious with many options to choose from, and our room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with two single beds.

Appreciated the place, had a perfect 10/10 stay for three nights. Stayed in a double room which was perfect for me. Its location at a short distance from Inox was great. It was 17 minutes' drive from the airport.

I recently stayed at the Beach Penthouse for three nights during my visit to Chennai. Nalini, the host, was absolutely amazing! She arranged a ride to the airport, allowed me to leave my bag after check-out, and gave great recommendations for places to visit. The location is perfect, close to the beach and public transportation. The Wi-Fi worked well and the room was spacious with a great view. Nalini's hospitality, delicious Indian breakfasts, and willingness to go above and beyond made this a memorable stay.

The pick-up and drop-off service was not what I expected, as it was only one-way. The mattress and pillow were a bit too firm for my liking.

There were some issues with the cleanliness and facilities at the hotel. The room did not have basic amenities such as handwash, and the overall cleanliness of the room was not up to par.

The best thing about this place is definitely the host, Nalini. She goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have a comfortable stay. She arranged a ride to the airport for me, even though my flight was late at night. She also allowed me to leave my bag at her place while I explored the city on my last day. Nalini is incredibly friendly and provided me with helpful suggestions for places to visit. The location is great, very close to the beach, and easy to find. The Wi-Fi works well and I had a restful night's sleep. Public transportation options are also nearby, making it convenient to get around.

I felt very lucky to have found this place, as I had no complaints whatsoever.
